At HEAL-WITH-ENERGY we understand that submitting information about yourself or business is serious. Out of respect for our customer's privacy, HEAL-WITH-ENERGY has developed the following privacy statement that discloses our information gathering practices.

This policy may be updated at any time without notice. This policy applies only to the information collected by HEAL-WITH-ENERGY on our own web site.

Information Collection and Use
HEAL-WITH-ENERGY is the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information. Collected contacts and information is only utilized by HEAL-WITH-ENERGY.

1. Contact Request Form. The purpose of this form is to provide a means to communicate with our users who wish to gain more information about our products and services. This form includes a number of required fields, which are essential for us to communicate with you the customer.

2. E-mail. Communication via email is a standard practice, and as such we keep records of our communications and email addresses. These are kept confidential and are not sold or rented.

3. Partner Services. Our Partners offer many great services that can aid your firm in streamlining daily business practices and achieving greater profits. Once you're in contact with one of our Partners you abide by their respective Privacy Statements. HEAL-WITH-ENERGY is committed to utilizing Partners that display honesty and integrity in their business practices. Although we are not responsible for their actions, we would still like to know of your issues and concerns if any arise.

 Refund/Return Policy

Egyptian Healing Rods: U.S. Distributor policy is no refunds or returns unless defective (and reported in 15 days from arrival).  What You Will, LLC, can negotiate consignment arrangements on request.

Egyptian Healing and Coaching sessions have a guarantee.  We will work with you to achieve satisfaction.

Pyradym CDs will be replaced if defective.

Quantum Touch classes allow no refunds, per corporate policy. 

Russian Research Booklet costs will be refunded if returned in salable condition.

The Healing Codes company handles refunds or returns directly.  Their policy is that refunds are allowed within 90 days if materials are returned in salable condition.

Sound Wave Energy company handles refunds or returns directly.  Their policy is that defective products will be replaced.

Delivery Timing & Shipping Methods

Egyptian Healing Rods can usually be shipped from US headquarters in 2-3 days, if order is in stock. Method used depends on the size of the order and customer preference, from US Postal Service, UPS ground and UPS 3 day.  International orders will require special handling.

Russian Research Booklet, Pyradym CDs, Immune & Endocrine Wellness CDs, and Egyptian Healing Rods DVDs can be shipped in 2-3 days by US Postal Service, UPS, FEDEXP, per customer request.
